Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Priority Mail with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing completing your order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a email that will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We do not charge ANY Handling fees, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 Most orders are shipped using a padded envelope or a USPS small flat rate box and shipping is calculated accordingly. However If your order demands a larger box, you are responsible for the extra postage needed. You will be contacted with the adjusted shipping total and payment must be received before your order will be shipped.

If you are unable to complete your order or if your order doesnt show under your account, Please contact us IMMEDIATELY! so we may resolve this issue and get your order out in a timely manor.

Failure to do so will cause unnecessary delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please understand that the USPS Tracking Number you
were given for International USPS shipments is technically for delivery confirmation
only. Entering this Tracking# into the USPS site will only tell you that USPS
has been notified that we shipped the package. No additional updates will
appear until the package has actually been delivered.

 Return Policy:
 Due to the nature of our online site, and the static sensitive nature of the products listed, we at “LaserSurplusParts LLC” have a strict NO RETURN policy for any electronic product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. (“ All Sales are final "AS IS"”) unless other wise noted.  There will be NO credits or refunds issued for items lost in the USPS mail system.  All packages are shipped out via First Class or Airmail, unless a shipping Add-On is purchased.  Currently, only EMS shipping has the capabilities to be tracked from point of origin (Belleville, Illinois - U.S.A.) to the destination.  You agree to hold harmless WagnerTech LLC in any and all ways if a traceable method of shipping is not used.  If an EMS (Express Mail Service, provided by the USPS) package is misdirected, or lost by the USPS system, WagnerTech LLC will cooperate with both the USPS and the customer to file a claim with the USPS.

I won't be responsible for items after shipped, this includes loss or damage.
All International order, Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery

IMPORT TAXES

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a general or special license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly in larger or commercial quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your national Customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your own national Customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibility alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you. If your goods are undeliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs which may be charged back to us. On any Customs forms we do not mark goods as a "gift".

This notice is incorporated into our Conditions of Sale.

By purchasing you AGREE and ACCEPT:

    * You Are over 18 and know the potential hazards inherent in high power laser equipment.
    * You WILL use this device in a safe and sane manner for a legal purpose.
    * You Accept this item as a COMPONENT for integration in a system of YOUR OWN design and will hold the SELLER LEGALLY harmless from any and all LIABILITY.
    * You will not hold us responsible for damaged or lost items.
    * We ship once a week no matter what type of shipping method you choose.
    * Please be aware that standard shipping may take 5-12 business days for delivery, and that Shipping is done once a week. generally on Monday, International Orders, Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
